Sarita Kedia is an accomplished criminal defense attorney with more than 20 years of experience. Since her admission to the bar, Ms. Kedia has practiced exclusively as a criminal defense lawyer, successfully defending individuals and businesses in a broad range of complex criminal cases at the trial and appellate levels.

Sarita Kedia began practicing law in Manhattan, landing a position with one of New York’s foremost boutique criminal defense firms shortly after graduating law school.  Ms. Kedia was fortunate to be mentored by one of the country’s leading criminal defense lawyers, allowing her to hone her legal skills at the highest level.

In 2002, Sarita Kedia established her own law practice, Sarita Kedia Law Offices, P.C.  Now considered one of New York’s most distinguished criminal defense attorneys, Ms. Kedia has obtained numerous acquittals at trial, negotiated hundreds of favorable dispositions and been victorious on copious appeals and in other post-conviction litigation.

Sarita Kedia is regarded by peers, judges and adversaries as an outstanding trial attorney who is exceptionally well-versed in the law.  Known for her meticulous advocacy and unwavering dedication, Ms. Kedia’s talents have earned her invitations to speak as a criminal defense expert by a variety of organizations. She is also frequently asked to teach continuing legal education courses on criminal trial practice, appellate practice, federal criminal litigation and sentencing litigation.  Ms. Kedia’s achievements have earned her a selection to New York’s Super Lawyers, a publication honoring the top five percent of attorneys in their respective practice fields.
